By accepting these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) electronically, using the FastAuth Services, or completing a transaction through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Services.
FastAuth is a seamless, secure, one-click checkout and payment solution that stores and auto-fills your payment details across participating e-commerce sites. By reducing friction at checkout, FastAuth helps you complete purchases faster and more securely.
• When completing a transaction on a merchant or partner website that uses FastAuth, you may choose to create a FastAuth Account.
• The payment information you provide, along with other details to process your payment (collectively, “Information”), may be stored in your FastAuth Account for future use.
• Your FastAuth Account remembers important details such as shipping and payment information, giving you a one-click checkout experience.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Services or related systems,
• Engage in fraudulent activity,
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Services, or
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
FastAuth uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information during transactions.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
FastAuth works with partner e-commerce merchants who implement our solution. We are not responsible for third-party checkout processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• FastAuth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the Services
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
